Team Building can be almost any activity as long as it requires the team to do something together
It could be solving a task, doing sports activities, or simply going out to be social at a restaurant or bar. It might seem inefficient to some, but it's imperative not to underestimate the power of a team with a strong social bond. People who have a strong connection have better collaboration in projects as well.
Team Building is all about creating healthier and stronger relationships!
You can have different team-building activities based on what you want to achieve in the team, or you might simply do them to have fun!

Go in a circle where you have to mention positive things or compliments about your neighbor. - Campfire Stories
Sit in a circle, and share stories about various work experiences. You can have prompts on a wall or in a bag that can help people get started. Like "First day at work" or "funny incident". - Memory Wall
Ask your team members to write down and then draw a positive memory of shared experiences or moments in the team. Hang the memories up on a wall and ask each team member to share the memory they drew. - Odd couples
