All team members have strengths and weaknesses in their roles. The better you are at identifying them within each member, the easier it will be for you to match the right team members with certain tasks.
For instance, if you have a member who likes to think outside of the box, let them use their creativity in their everyday tasks effectively. It will make them feel utilized and appreciated, and as tasks a delegated by strengths, it will enhance performance as well.
